How do I apply?
Am I eligible?
We’re looking for volunteers who are self motivated, adventurous, flexible and good communicators.
To apply to Volunteer Costa Rica you must also be:
- Aged 18 and above
- A UK or Ireland resident (any nationality – visa permitting)
- Have basic Spanish.
If you only have a limited knowledge of Spanish but are keen to learn, you can apply to the programme and we can discuss language course options with you during your interview.
When should I apply?
The latest date we can consider your application is 10 weeks before your UK departure date.
However, places are available on a first come first served basis so we recommend that you apply as soon as you can.
